This is a 'Sticky' or dessert wine made from botrytised Chardonnay, Riesling and Semillon grapes. Botrytis, known in Germany as 'Noble Rot', is not always that noble, but when the weather conditions are right, it feeds off the moisture in the grapes and partially raisons them, making what is left of the juice very noble indeed. This wine is a result of such a year and can be enjoyed with desserts and cheeses.

Ripe apricots, Seville orange marmalade

Palate:
Not sticky sweet. Has good acidity

Analysis:
Alc: 11%

Recommended Cellaring:
Drink now, but will become more complex, even moorish as it ages over three to five years.

Enjoy with desserts and cheeses.
