Boynton’s Feathertop Winery has a fantastic team environment with all members working together by multitasking through many of our wineries disciplines.

If you are coming through our Cellar Door, you will most likely meet Rose, Peter or Mary. Our knowledgeable and educated team members have kindly taken the time to indulge in numerous wine tastings, ensuring we have our product up to scratch and that all the tasting notes are accurate.

Rose, Mary and Scott are our Wine Club (known as Summit Cru) experts. With four deliveries a year, our team have their work cut out for them. Summit Cru is at the heart of our winery; our members are integral to Boynton’s and the development of our product. With special releases including small parcels or Temprenillo and Sangiovese, Scott has his work cut out for him putting all the Summit Cru cases together.

Janelle, Jodie and Bek work in the upstairs office. Jodie works primarily with the Boynton’s finances, local and national sales. Janelle is in the field of project management and is our all encompassing business manager. In between working in her architectural business and chairing the Food and Wine Council and directing the board for Tourism Victoria, she finds the time to run the indoor office at Boynton’s. Finally, Bek is responsible for coordinating the PR and Marketing surrounding the winery. Together, when you're phoning through to Boynton's Feathertop Winery, you're bound to talk to one of them.

This summer, Boynton's winery welcomed two well renowned chefs to the area. KinSan, formally of Taxi and 100 mile in Melbourne, and Hamish Nugent of Tsubo at Dinner Plain - together with Will, the pair have been responsible for delivering the Proudly Porepunkah experience on the lower terrace. Heading front of house, we have Kylie, responsible for our fantastic wait staff. We look forward to continuing to deliver great food in the cafe until handing Hamish and Will back over to Tsubo for winter, though we are pleased to say they will be coming back next summer. In the meantime, your hungry tummies can continue to be fed by the Deli which is operational 7 days throughout the year by our Cellar Door staff.

Our outdoor staff consists of Kel and Geoff. Kel is our head wine maker and viticulturalist and Geoff has his day filled by helping Kel to harvest, blend and bottle the Feathertop Wine. The boys have their work cut out for them by managing 50 acres of vines and are responsible for over 10,000 cases of wine.

Janelle's brother Scott Marsden oversees the brewing of a Lager, Pilsner, Ale and Driver's Light for us in Mildura under the Boynton's brand and you may see him around cellar door giving us the occaisional helping hand.

A close team, the Boynton’s Feathertop staff work together to bring to you the Boynton’s Feathertop product seven days a week.
