This clean, aromatic wine displays pristine sub alpine pedigree. Pronounced gooseberry and kiwi fruit meet a tropical salad of passionfruit, guava and mango skins. The palate expresses crisp lime acidity, asparagus and an attractive minerally character.
Drink now to 2 years for optimal aromatic intensity.

| | | | This is the fourth vintage of Sauvignon Blanc off the steep, rocky Boynton’s hillside vineyard and is showing more mature and complex aromatic character. It has a classic aroma profile for the variety, but tends to the more tropical end of the spectrum with loads of passionfruit, guava and white peach braced by a flinty, minerally edge.
| | More than just zesty freshness, this has a bit of weight and presence. Luscious ripe mango, pineapple and kiwi flavours are nerved by a splash of lime juice.
| | | | Drink now as it is beautiful and fresh. (Kel and Janelle opened a bottle of 1992 (15 y.o.) Sauv Blanc for dinner and it was still holding up well but nothing compares to a fresh clean crisp drop)
| | The prickling acid finish and clean fruit profile beg for a spring salad of asparagus, fava beans, pancetta and parmesan drizzled with lovely, fruity olive oil.
| | "Powder-puff fragrance, fresh and youthful. Fine and subtle in the mouth with intensity, crispness and length"
