Terraces' water borne deposits of stone, gravel and soil have formed mini plateaux (terraces). Shiraz and Petite syrah grow fabulously well in this terroir, always ripening earlier with higher concentration of colour, tannin and sugar. Winner of a silver medal at the international wine and spirits show in London, UK.

| | | | Earthy, spicy notes of ginerbread, mushrooms and tabacco leaves with developing perfume of violets.
The waterborne deposits of stone, gravel and soil have formed mini plateaux (terraces) between the mountains where these two varities grow fabulously well.

| | Classic cool climate Shiraz. Cracked pepper, cinnamon blackberry and traces of anise. Mixed with cedary oak and fine tannin make for a complex interesting wine.
